Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements:

• The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
• The researcher adheres to the journal's template, which includes editorial basics.
• The submission is written in language that is engaging, lively, and direct, using active voice.
• The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
• The submission includes name, email, affiliation, and a brief bio for each author.
• The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining.
• The submission reports sample size, population, confidence interval, and effect size, if applicable.
• The submission indicates that IRB approval was secured, or explains why it was not required.
• The submission cites current theoretical and empirically-based literature.
• The submission adheres to APA 7 stylistic and bibliographic requirements.
• Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
• The submission includes four to seven keywords.
• The submission includes no more than four tables and/or figures in total.
• The submission includes a Cover Letter articulating the significance of the work.
• The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
